I ordered a specific brand and model of glove.

A pushy salesperson called me, trying to convince me to switch to a cheaper glove that they claimed was the same, since the one I wanted was out of stock.

When it finally arrived, the quality was way below what I expected for the price I paid, and I never got the refund for the price difference.

I reached out to ask about the change, and the person on the line promised me the refund would come, but it never did.

So, because I initially ordered the pricier glove, I ended up paying for the expensive branded one that I never got.

I called again to follow up and was basically brushed off—"it's on its way, just a little oversight." Now, months later, they’re trying to say it was my mistake.

The fact that they’re now trying to twist this whole situation to make it seem like I was in the wrong just shows how tough they are to deal with.

I believe they might be good for others, but they sure weren't for me.

Despite what they claim, I can't find any proof in my records that a refund was issued, and I definitely paid for that more expensive branded glove, which is not what I received.
